The Operator, Tira, s.r.o., Starohorského 4083, 031 01 Liptovský Mikuláš, Company Registration No. 36 659 215, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the District Court in Žilina, Section Sro, Insert No. 19186/L (hereinafter referred to as “Tira, s.r.o.”), processes personal data in accordance with the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, particularly in accordance with Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended by Act No. 84/2014 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”).

The Operator, Tira, s.r.o., processes personal data of clients for the purpose of reservations, the sale of services, and the control of their use in the Operator’s accommodations. Personal data is processed for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing—reservation, sale of services, and control of their use—up to a maximum of two years from the collection of such data. Personal data processed for these purposes is handled in accordance with § 10(3)(b) of the Act without the need for the client’s consent.

The Operator, Tira, s.r.o., adheres to high ethical standards and respects the privacy of its clients. Except as required by law, the Operator will not provide or disclose any personal data to third parties or recipients without the Client’s consent.
